The TG1225 grade insert, featuring a gray color and a range of hardness levels from P20-P35, M20-M35, to K20-K35, is equipped with a PVD coating. This insert is made from microcrystalline carbide that has been optimized for enhanced wear resistance and toughness. It is further enhanced by a nanocrystalline TiALSiN coating, which offers high bonding strength.
